The problem with finishing one's reading - having made notes and all - is that the only thing left to do is write.
You'll know what's happening with the dissertation if you get "notes" on Dickinson or Jefferson later in the day.

2. In addition to bad grammar, you make errors both historical and logical.2. I actually think that’s a strength. I’m not publishing papers because I’d like to read with people who have real concern for the text first. There’s no advantage to reading together if I already know everything.
