A Public Note of Thanks

Just wanted to say thanks to two sets of people: firstly, Charles Johnson and the whole community at LGF for linking to me, visiting, and standing up to the boors who decided that my blog could be a place they could spread and make excuses for hate. I very much appreciate the attention and concern.

Secondly, thank you to all – Gracchi, Tamara, Extreme John, Loyal KNG, thag, Ario, Alice, Amanda, and many more – who’ve been commenting and wishing me well re: writing & computer issues recently. When I get my computer up and running and am not borrowing another’s, I’ll be able to repay in some small way.

1. Your blog is boring. Who cares what you think?
1. If you've ever wondered why some authors were forced down your throat in high school, I've wondered that a lot myself, and learned a lot from them in the process.
2. In addition to bad grammar, you make errors both historical and logical.
2. I actually think that's a strength. I'm not publishing papers because I'd like to read with people who have real concern for the text first. There's no advantage to reading together if I already know everything.
