Sicut is a standard I remember well - Santa Ciara in Assisi, Koln Cathedral, singing at weddings and UD events - my wife (a former alto) and I still use it here in Minnesota. It's also nice to hear a choir with an obvious male presence. My experience has been primarily of high school, local college and Baptist church choirs, all of which have been so soprano-heavy.
