Some of you are curious how the choir I’m a part of sounds, and I know I’ve told a few of you to go over to Facebook, look up the “Collegium Cantorum of the University of Dallas” group, and check out the videos. There’s quite a few unofficial “recordings” (you couldn’t possibly use these on the radio or on a CD) of us singing around.
Here are two more unofficial recordings:
Ya’ll sound very nice. It’s also nice to hear a choir with an obvious male presence. My experience has been primarily of high school, local college and Baptist church choirs, all of which have been so soprano-heavy.

I am Impressed Boss
Hi. I’m an alum of UD and of Collegium Cantorum (founding member actually). The site here is interesting. You say there’s also a facebook page for CC? I’ll check it. Sicut is a standard I remember well – Santa Ciara in Assisi, Koln Cathedral, singing at weddings and UD events – my wife (a former alto) and I still use it here in Minnesota. Cheers & thanks for the website.

You should keep us up-to-date on when and where you will be performing so we can check out a performance and possibly meet you in person.
Sounds beautiful. I love listening to choirs. I think there is no more calming and inspirational music than that of a large choir.
